Join our incredibly talented chef Matt Crouch for a 2-course native fine dining master class!
Using native and local ingredients combined with modern cooking techniques, the purpose of this class is to get you thinking about food that is closely tied to country in new ways and inspire you to experiment with presentation and cooking techniques to wow friends and family at your next dinner party.
The cooking class will include information on the native ingredients, with a hands-on approach to collection and usage of items such as saltbush, lemon myrtle, pig face and local wild caught seafoods and proteins.


NOTE: THE 28TH NOVEMBER CLASS WILL HAVE A CHANGE IN MENU TO BE ADVISED SOON.
Main Course: lemon myrtle and potato gnocchi, with blue swimmer crab, sandalwood and saltbush burnt butter sauce, asparagus tips and pig face.
Dessert: Davidson plum, crème anglaise and white chocolate entremet, with chocolate flakes and muntries.
Matched wine: Brown Brothers Origins Series Chardonnay.
After cooking your meals, you can try your own creations at your own private table on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine.
Recipe cards and a souvenir apron will be provided to each participant, as well as fond memories and some great information and new skills to flex in the kitchen.

Class cost: $200 per person all inclusive
