Townsville Eco Resort is an Advanced Eco Accredited tourism business seeking expressions of interest from a dynamic chef able to bring their own flair to this brand new restaurant/café.

About The Role
Soon to be completed will be the Eco resort’s Restaurant/Café and Glamping amplification of an already established and highly sought out tourism destination. This includes a beautiful newly designed restaurant and event centre complete with all modern appliances. In this role, you will bring inspiration to the menu utilising the tastes of the tropics and champion the flavours of native ingredients.

Skills and Experience
- Ability to be hands on with setting up a new kitchen and menus
- Good team player and can work with staff recruitment and management
- Ability to cater to Events and/or weddings
- Understanding of sustainable kitchen operations, WH&S and Food safety
- Minimum 3 years of experience
