Louise is a local Townsville lady, who moved here from the Northern Territory about seven years ago with her family. In the NT, Louise and her family owned and ran Ranku General Store and Club on the Tiwi Islands. She loved the interaction with locals and visitors.
Louise has three children and two dogs (a Jack Russell and Blue Heeler). She is an avid gardener and just loves it when they survive her pruning technique. She is also a glass engraver. Louise’s partner is a jeweller, and she would one day love to go fossicking for the elusive gold. It will be her retirement hobby. She grew up in the opal fields of NSW.
