- Glamping tent x 1 ramps to entrance and accessible bathroom.
- Café with ramp access
- Café with accessible bathroom
- Food intolerances catered to where possible
- Heated Swimming Pool with access rail and moulded grab rail around the perimeter of the pool ingrained into the circumference. 1.45m shallow end with step in entry and 2m deep. Note pool has a deck around entry point approximately 15cm high.
- Reception Doorway wheelchair accessible with 15cm step entry to deck outside office. Reception desk is low enabling accessibility via seated position.
- Amenities block is ambulant in sizing though no grab rails present and due to be implemented in due course. Concrete pathway surrounds the perimeter
- Ensuite sites have step entry though some have concrete ramp entry.
- Camp Kitchen has 6 park bench style tables and seats allowing for wheelchair access on either end of tables. BBQ can cook from either side with open space. Sink area has no under bench allowing wheelchair access.
- Assistance dogs welcomed – An Assistance Dog is an accredited dog specially trained to assist a person with a disability and has met the state standards for public access rights.
- Roads – either bitumen or blue metal road base. Note some parts of the park are undulating.

- Billabong Sanctuary – bitumen road access directly to Billabong Sanctuary next door, with ramp access entry to the wildlife park. Please ask reception for our special discount offers for visiting while staying with us.
